This 9 piece Sweep Set has several uses that radically improve accuracy and repair time around any surface that is curved.

Sweeps allow sanding into corners and surfaces that square traditional blocks simply don’t allow.

When used as a profile gauge, a sweep allows fast checking of consistent profiles across a surface to accurately find inconsistencies for repair. Each piece is a true radius that can be matched to wheel arch details to correct imperfections.

When used as a sanding tool the sweep allows better fit and useable area on curved surfaces, especially wheel arch details to accurately sand compound forms. The hardness and right amount of flexibility will cut highs quick and not allow the block to "fall" into low areas. Combined with adhesive backed abrasive paper they are appropriately sized for ease of use.

Made from high strength acrylic, these sweeps are durable with great impact strength and high surface hardness. The 9-piece set has a variety of radii ranging from 300mm to 1500mm, perfect for wheel arch and flare details. Each of the pieces are numbered and labelled for quick reference and dimensioning.
